Tomorrow will officially be the last day of the 6-week long and exciting sem break! I can still clearly remember the last day of finals. Was looking forward to the UK/Paris trip, Korea trip and the amount of days I'll be able to spend in Malacca ♥ ♥ ♥

Paris was an adventure of a lifetime! I finally got the chance to see the Tour Eiffel yay!

I also enjoyed going back to London & Cambridge. Being in a totally different country for 3 weeks really taught me a lot. I have to admit, halfway through this 3 week trip, I felt extremely homesick and started to get really tired of travelling. The several outings and parties that I missed back home didn't make me feel better at all :/ But! I couldn't have pulled through if not for Amanda and my sister who were with me throughout the whole 'Europe tour'.

Right now, as I reminisce the ups and downs we encountered in that trip itself, I genuinely wish I could relive every single bit of it. Hanging out in Starbucks in Paris every night for the free wifi, being mocked by French waiters, walking through tube stations in London, Boxing Day shopping in Oxford Street, visiting Winter Wonderland, chilling in Cambridge..... ♥

Super exhausting and fun-filled day with Wanlin and Gimtoong in London! They never fail to make me laugh~

After Korea, I finally got to return to Malacca and MEET UP WITH EM HIGHSCHOOL BROTHERS AND SISTERS!!

Then came Chinese New Year! I looooove CNY! I really enjoyed every bit of this year's CNY. Maybe because I loved just being at home - been really homesick throughout the past year.

Tried to make this year's CNY a memorable one because I may not get to celebrate it the same way next year when I'm studying in the US ):

CNY BBQ at Gimtoong's crib! It was really nice to see nearly all of the highschool friends from different schools all in one place. The last time we had a gathering this big was two years ago..... at the exact same place haha. Feels weird to see how much we've all changed and grew.

When it was time to for everyone to leave the party, I would be lying if i said I didn't feel like crying. This party was sort of a mini farewell as the next day, all of us would be going back to where we all are supposed to be - KL/Subang, and some other states because the CNY holiday was coming to an end ):

I really miss Malacca. The amazing friends, memorable places and of course, HOME. Tomorrow i'll be going back to MY "MUCH-LOVED" hostel and reality shall resume from where it stopped 6 weeks ago. I miss everything that happened during the sem break. But as cliche as it sounds, life freaking goes on. Fuck my life ;_;

Last day in Seoul hmmmm ):

Visited Red Mango, which is this dessert shop in Myeongdong.

While walking to another cafe ....

I honestly think Seohyun and KimHyunJoong look awkward together..

And then JJAJJANNN! We decided to have dinner at Miss Lee Cafe.

It's the cafe where Seohyun and Yonghwa came for one of their dates in We Got Married. This cafe has several branches all around Seoul. The one we went to was the Myeongdong one. The one Yongseo visited was the one in Insadong (: Nevertheless, the 'endorsement pics' they had all around this branch was A LOT.

We ordered they're famous dish, (the one Yongseo ordered too) 추억의 도시락.

It's served like that but you're supposed to shake shake shake shake it with it's lid to mix everything up. And then eat it (:

If you watched the Yongseo episode, you'll know that they also wrote messages and hung them up on a tree (: It's sort of a thing for all MissLee Cafes.

Besides the msgs, you can also write on a postcard and put it into the postbox. The cool part is, they'll send it back to you after 100 days. (i'm 99% sure about this system. that remaining 1% is due to my incompetent korean)

SO yehhhhhh that was about it! After dinner we packed up and headed to the airport ): Kinda sad how all good things must always come to an end. I know I say this all the time, but i want to go back to korea again! I'm not too sure when's the next time i'll get to go though. No matter what, Korea will always be the place that holds many exciting and unforgettable memories for me. Can't wait to go back. Bye bye koleaaaa ^^

Remember about the book I bought from Kyobo a few days ago? I decided to exchange it for another book. The exchange system seriously blew my mind O_O The new book I chose was 1000won cheaper than the one I had. I was going to forgo that 1000won but turns out, they actually return whatever balance there is to you. You dont have to get a book which is more expensive to exchange. If it's cheaper, they'll just pay you back the difference. KOREA ILU. If this system were to be introduced in Malaysia, god knows how the people here are going to abuse it. :x

After that we headed to the Lotte Mart in 서울역 to buy foodstuff back home. Didnt take many pictures there but ooomgggg i love supermarkets in Korea. Can never get enough of them!

Finally decided to enter Innisfree and i LOOOOVE INNISFREE :D One thing about the sales assistants in cosmetic shops in korea. They are beyond annoying. They'll stand outside the shop and start promoting their products and they'll literally do anything to make you enter their shop. Innisfree, however was likeabossss haha. They don't even care about you (which i like!). So yay finally get to shop in peace!

When paying, I asked if there were any free Yoona merchandise available. (Yoona endorses this brand) but sadly there was none ): The lady did, however, give me what she called a "happy bag" lol. Cuuuuute!

Dinner was the world's best barbeque dinner ever. 열탄불고기 (yeoltan bulgogi) at 새마을식당. It's basically frozen beef with sweet marinade which you then grill. BEST.STUFF.EVER.

I'm back in Malaysia! Already missing Seoul a lot ㅠㅠㅠㅠ

So! Day 5. Most unproductive day haha. Dunkin Donuts for brunch!

3층. There are 4 floors altogether.

After that we headed to 동대문 (Dongdaemun) because Christine wanted to look for a pair of heels that she bought last Summer. Note: SUMMER. Tried convincing her that they obviously won't sell summer stocks during the WINTER but she refused to listen and still wanted to try her luck. True enough, no one was selling anything open-toed OTL.

Lunch was 김치찌개 (kimchi jjigae) at a restaurant named 김치찌개 LOLLL.

We ordered the 2-people set when there were 3 of us. Didn't even manage to finish that in the end though. Koreans eat a lot ><

And i find rice served in bowls like this ... fascinating (;

The best part about today was that it was SNOWING! Pretty surprised the moment we stepped out of the hotel and it took me a good 5 seconds to realise that the little water droplets were snow! But it didn't snow heavy enough for the snow to build up on the ground~

Later we went to 남대문 시장 (Namdaemun Market) to check the place out. Didn't take many pictures there because we were kinda tired. So after that we just went back to Myeongdong for more shopping!

Apgujeong day! First stop was Yoochun's TimeOut Gelato shop. It was our first time there too whee.

The gelato there actually tastes really good and they have soo many cool flavours to choose from. Whatever it is, as long as there's Cookies & Cream, i'm done :D

And as usual, excessive biased deco haha

After that we planned to go to 로데오 거리 (Rodeo Street) for some shopping but we lost our way trying to get there haha. While walking aimlessly, Elaine spotted Kona Beans! Kona Beans is a cafe opened by Eeteuk, Sungmin and Kyuhyun's moms. First thought? Are we seriously going to eat again? We just had breakfast earlier and then gelato and then this D:

Then again, what must be done, has to be done!

IMO, this cafe has to be the most 'toned-down' one out of all the celebrity-related shops. Yesung's momma's cafe is saturated with his pictures.. Junsu's dad's pizza shop is... holy cow.. Yoochun's shop is equally saturated with pictures.. but this one only has those 3 pictures. Full stop haha. (The winner is Junsu's dad's pizza shop btw. MADNESS)

AND AND the most exciting part. We knew she was one of the mothers but we just didn't know which. I knew she definitely wasn't Eeteuk's mom because come on, I know my mother-in-law. (LOLLLL JK). Christine ended up going to her to ask for a picture together and asked her whether she was Sungmin's mom. And then she replied in the cuuuutest way, "성민이 엄마예요" (Sungmin's mom) She's such a nice lady kyaa!

After that we found our way to Rodeo Street and headed straight to Everysing. I need to help Jenn get her snsd diary too~

I seriously love the environment in Everysing. Everything's so pricey though. Official merchandise y u so expensive! And i've always wanted to try the noraebang there but... i dont even want to try looking at the entrance fees :/ SM U MONEY-SUCKING MACHINE. I hate you but i love your assets.

Had 돈까스 (Pork cutlet) for lunch. The piece of meat was SO HUGE. Look at the tiniest portion of rice they served haha. Got sick of it after awhile so the 3 of us ended up not finishing our food ):

After that we headed to Hongdae! LAND OF CUTE UNIVERSITY BOYS HOLYYYY SHIT :D Spotted so many good-looking guys today ide.... During the previous visit, we went to Bau House - the dog cafe - but this time I wanted to try going to a cat cafe. Yups they have that too (:

So anyway, when we were about to enter the cat cafe, the lady there told us that there's an admission fee of 8,000won per person. Being the cheapos we were, we ended up not entering. YES I WAS BUMMED T___T But at least we managed to take pictures of the cats from outside. They are so cute i want to cuddle with them gahh!

Since the cat cafe plan was a huge failllll, we went back to Bau House.

For dinnner we went back to 구이가 (Guyiga), the place that sells crazy cheap 삼겹살. If i remember correctly, it was 3000won during our previous trip but now it's 4500won. LOL It's still mad cheap compared to the normal price which is about 10,000won.

They have the best 계란찜 (Steamed egg) too!

That sort of concludes our Hongdae day. (that rhymes lol) Pretty laid-back day. Going to Apgujeong tmr! Idk if I want to visit SM again given the disappointment from the other time i went :/

Started off the day by going to Yeouido to visit Yesung's mom's cafe "Handel & Gretel". (I know you're prolly thinking wtf it's hanSel. But .... yesung's mommy likes it that way so everybody silence)

During the previous trip, we visited Yesung's mom's restaurant "Baptol's" but they closed it down and opened a cafe instead (:

Ham & cheese. IT'S SO GOOD :D The food they serve are all really yummy. Good jobzzzzzz~

I ordered iced peach tea and it was TO DIE FOR.

The KBS Building was just a few steps away from the cafe.

We entered the KBS Exhibition Hall which is like this exhibition where they show people how the tv and radio broadcasting thing work. It was pretty cool as they had real recording studios, voice recording equipments, green screens etc for us to play with :D

After the exhibition, we arrived back at the place where people watch Viewable Radio. (보이는 라디오). The last time I came was for Sukira at night, and the place was jam-packed so I didn't get to take a picture of how the whole thing looks like.

Various radioshows are going on and you just choose which channel you want (which 'box' you want) and sit in front of it while listening and looking at the DJ.... which in Sukira's case is super chaotic and crazy because everyone wants to see Super Junior.

After that we went to Gwanghwamun because I wanted to go to Kyobo bookstore to get Korean language books.

FINALLYYYY :D Mine's the green one from Seoul National University. Settled with Level 1 although I think I know most of the stuff in it already. Should've bought Level 2 instead ugh. I might go back to get it..... if i have enough will power haha.

Behold!! I'm back in Korea :D Gonna post about each day I'm here just like the other time, but of course, there'll be less pictures and less fun stuff haha. We basically did all the fun stuff during the previous trip so if you want to read about that, then click "korea 2011" on FUN STUFF at the sidebar.

And also, pretty sure there'll be no celeb-stalking or spotting, for that matter haha. We initially planned to watch Fame the musical with Hyukjae, Tiffany, Jungmo and Lina but one ticket costs 66,000won. Thought it'd be wise to save the money and use it for shopping? SHOPPING FTW!!

On our official day here, we returned to Dunkin Donuts for brunch!

Instead of the UFO beeping thing they used last time, they now use this. Looks like some sort of portable TV which broadcasts various ads. Super awesome marketing strategy right? It vibrates as usual when your order is ready too.

We then headed to Insadong.... with no purpose haha. We did most of the fun stuff during the previous trip, so like I said, this trip is less gooooogoooogagaaaa. More like returning home (: tsk tsk. (to know more about Insadong and what they have there, refer to previous trip kay)

After having 본죽(Bonjuk) porridge for dinner, we went back to Myeongdong, which is where we're staying throughout the entire trip.

Time seriously flies, no kidding. Five months ago I was the most distressed person around, worrying about university applications, application essays, SAT, SAT 2 and TOEFL besides doing well in classes. Now that I think about it, I feel like I've learnt a lot in these few months. It's pretty mind-blowing to look back and realise how much has happened. I remember worrying a whole lot about the various exams.... being confused about the CommonApp.... self-studying for SAT2...getting used to the new hostel (which i'm still working on)... heck, I just wasn't the happiest girl when I started studying in Taylor's.

But now that the sem break is here, I miss college lots. I miss seeing the same faces everyday, I miss stoning at random places with friends while waiting for classes, I miss chilling in the library during breaks, I just miss the overall atmosphere (:

The second semester starts in late January so in the meantime, it's time for the VA-CAYYYYYYYY. Flying off to UK this Monday woots! I promise to try post more over the hols kay. See yaaaaaaaa. ^^

I haven't updated in ages omg. Been super busy with college and uni applications over these few months. Ahh I just realised how much I miss typing into this little blogger "new post" box. :D Might start blogging regularly again teehee.

Quick update about my life! One word. Hectic. ): But I'll get through it~

On a happier note, *dum dum dum* today's the 6th of November!

Another "6th of November" post yet again. I swear time flies. As much as I want to say amazing things about my 6-year crushes, I can't. Don't get me wrong, I love them A LOT and I support them every step of their journey. It just sucks that as every year passes, and as we celebrate one anniversary after the next, I feel like we're losing more and more. The obvious one being the decline in the number of members ):

I hate how they're being taken for granted *hint* and not treated the way they should be. I feel as though the boys have to work and struggle twice as hard to be where they are and achieve this much. 역시.. 월드스타 슈퍼주니어에요!

But that's what makes me treasure each and everyone of them even more. They mean so much more to me than just an 'idol group'. It's mind-blowing to think about how far they've come since their debut album. I listen to their old songs and they just bring me wayyy back (: I know I say I miss the old Suju all the time, but I'm also proud of how far they've come today. I'm proud to be their fan and above all, I'm proud to have been with them from the beginning.

Yesterday was one of the bests days I had in a long time (: With SAT, TOEFL, schoolwork stressing me up for weeks, I really needed a day where I could just CHILLLLLLLLLL.

Elaine brought Christine and I to Crowne Plaza for a buffet dinner which is awesomecakes! After that we went to Pavilion to shop. Our main goal was to visit Forever 21 only honestly haha. Major haulage:

We were about to leave for home until i spotted something outside Pavilion. SE-FREAKING-PHORA! I've only heard about it opening in Malaysia but i've never actually seen it in person. My geddd I was so excited so we immediately decided to go in. I'm not a hardcore fan of makeup but I do like seeing the pretty packaging teehee.

I really had fun in there and I swear I'm going back there again woots! Anyway, Christine and I got items from Soap & Glory:

After much drooling and excitement, we went over to Chatime (as usual lol) before heading home. GAHHH how I wish I can have days like that more often. SATs in about 3 weeks and then TOEFL and then SAT II. My life is going to be super boring for the rest of the year.

I went skating for the first time last week (: It was funnnnn eventhough i know i sucked big time. At least i didn't fall teehee.

After awhile, more people started to turn up and the rink was getting pretty crowded :/ So we went to grab lunch~ JAPANESE!

We ordered WAY more than the pictures lol! Because we were so hungry and impulse ordering is never good. Ended up stuffing ourselves with too much temaki.

I want to go skating again! But SATs are in a month's time. Y MY LIFE SO NO FUN UGHHHH.

*looks at last update* that was long ago O_O I haven't really had the time to blog or take pictures or do anything fun, for that matter. Been really busy with SAT and TOEFL ): So much to do! But so far i've been enjoying myself a lot in college~ I guess it just takes time to get used to a totally different college right ^^

Did you know? They actually put ducks in the lake LOL! And there are fishes too! We spent one morning feeding the fishies while waiting for class to start hehee.

This is the last week with the 52 of us together D: It's so bizarre thinking that 5 weeks have passed just like that. I've been here for more than month already! Anyway, real subject classes start on Monday and i'm looking forward to it yayyyyyy!

Early this year, I ordered photobooks from Korean fansites. I figured I should just order them because i've never ordered fansite goods and usually, their stuff are pretty damn awesome. They were only taking preorders when I placed my order so that meant I had to wait for quite some time for them to finish printing, send it from kr to singapore (the one helping to take preorders is frm sg) and then to malaysia. LONG JOURNEY RIGHT. The 2 photobooks I ordered finally arrived last week!

Amanda and I made pancakes on Sunday! I wanted to eat them with nutella but we couldn't find any at home so i tried eating it with SUGAR and...... no, pancakes and sugar don't really go together for me.

Also, I've been helping out my sister's blogshop (Sheabelle) in the Spartext Fair in Taylor's (: It was fun because it was Sheabelle's first time at a fair/bazaar.

The view from my room back in Sunway is Sunway Lagoon! Every morning I wake up and see kids playing and then I become suuuper jealous because I have to go to class while they get to play pffft. But it can be annoying at times, because Sunway Lagoon blasts their music really loud and believe it or not, I can hear the songs from my room -___- Especially when they have concerts at night, OMG you can forget about studying.

This year's birthday was amaaaazzzziiiiinnnggg (: On the night before my birthday, the famfam decided to go out for dinner. I thought it was just some normal dinner, but turns out, my dad actually planned a whole surprise birthday dinner with my friends for me :D :D :D He got in touch with Sherwon and Chye Yuen and started planning the whole thing hehhehehe~

I actually found out about the surprise a few minutes before we left the house, but apparently, what i found out was just 1/4 of the whole surprise. I thought it was going to be just me and 3 friends, more started to turn up omg(: THANK YOU GUYS FOR COMING!!

The second surprise was the ice-cream cake! I've always wanted to have an ice-cream cake and finally I got it yeeehaw. I wasn't expecting it AT ALL, because every year, we just go for those normal cakes, so yeah happy girl is happy ^^

Shinyee had her 18th birthday party on the 25th (Saturday). It was the same day I shifted out from Sunway and we had to rush all the way home. By the time I was home, I only had 30 minutes to get ready. Now that I think about it, everything happened so quickly on that day and when I got home from the party, I went straight to bed. As much as I was really tired that day, I still had a GREAT time at the party!

Finally, we were able to reunite hahahhaa. When the 3 of us are together, there'll always be a camera with us. We spent 80% of our time at the party like this.

Hello hello! I've officially quit Sunway College ): Last Friday was my last day. I can't believe how fast everything happened. Feels like just yesterday we had our orientation and had awkward conversations while we get to know each other better. Now, look at how close we are! The other day, we were talking about our first impressions of each other and how we all met. It's so funny to recall those first few days in college lol! "Dude I thought you were super stuck up and unfriendly -___-", "I was scared of you", "I sat behind you during orientation and eavesdropped on your conversation!".

In a month's time, I'll have to go through the all the noob and awkward moments during orientation in Taylor's ..... ALL OVER AGAIN. 헐~

Eventhough it has only been 3 months in Sunway for me, I had a lot of fun attending class and hanging out with my new friends! College has been an AMAZING experience and I learnt a lot of things here (academic & non-academic). I also find it really amazing how well my friends understand me despite only knowing me for 3 months. Gahhhhh, SUCKS THAT I HAVE TO LEAVE T_T

First day of Semester 2 today! Honestly, I don't even pay attention anymore in class because I'll be leaving by the end of the week. I'm leaving Sunway and going to Taylor's.What can i do? Haha (: Good opportunity is good!

I'm pretty happy that I won't have to do A Levels after I leave though. Will be doing ADP in Taylor's. A LEVELS IS MADNESS. The recent semester exam really hit me like a ROCK. No. Boulder. Anyhoots, I found out that I was going to have to leave before the exam, so I didn't really put in much effort into studying after that. Still, A Levels is crazy. Call me stupid or whatever, I don't care lol.

So now i'm just going to classes to see my friends, use the Sunway tables and chairs :O and just..... going to college for fun. I'm sure that I'm going to be bored to death while waiting for the ADP Fall 2011 sem to start. And I'm sure that i'm going to miss Sunway A LOOOOOT. Gah, I don't want my last day in college to come T________________T

Moving on, here's a Taobao haul!! Taobao is like a China version of Gmarket. In fact, most of the things they sell on Gmarket can be found in Taobao, and they're SO EFFIN MUCH cheaper compared to the prices in GMarket. I can't believe how cheap the items were. One necklace for RM 3. You might think the quality of the goods suck because they're cheap, and well, from China, but they're actually pretty damn good (: TAOBAO, MY NEW BEST FRIEND.

I read about this super pretty diner in IOI Mall on Phyllis' blog the other day called Little Pantry. I got so excited just looking at the pictures so we had dinner there yesterday :D

Omg the deco is soooooooo pretty and the whole place was white/pink! (my favourite colours /dies)

The menu is even prettier

But as usual, the prettiest places always serve lousy food ): People end up going just for the deco. The food was blehhhhhh.

Spaghetti Carbonara! We ordered pizza too, that tasted okay~ nothing bizarre though.

I didn't regret going eventhough the food sucked :D The place is reeeeeeeeally pretty omgahhh *in love* But I don't think i'll be going back there. It's like a one-time thing teehee.

Baked banana muffins with Mommy today! Kinda felt better after baking them because I've been desperate for and obsessed over cupcakes for the past few days, it's not even funny. I've been watching back-to-back episodes of DC Cupcakes and searching for cupcake pictures on tumblr! Hahahha so the muffins were the closest thing to cupcakes that I could get.

So on Thursday, we went plaster painting in Empire (: I've never done plaster painting before so I was prrrettttyyy excited!

The place was also a cafe, so while you're painting, you can order food/drinks. Loooove the concept!

One thing though. The place was mainly for kids. We were so embarrassed when we entered because the whole place was so 'kiddy' hahaha! These two kids who were there were SUPER cute. The 3 of us were practically eavesdropping on their conversation the whole time. The stuff they talk about just makes me miss being a kid T-T So carefree and naive.

Another haul! This time the parcel took a little longer to reach Malaysia from Korea because we ordered a lot more items.

The box's condition. So amazing, right? I blame Malaysia's postal service. When i read about other hauls from people in different countries, their boxes are always in perfect shape. Look at this. *headdesk*

Shorts! GOSH I LOVE THIS PAIR OF SHORTS! They fit me perfectly! Finally I have black shorts yay!!!

Lastly, this awkward-looking shirt. I have NO IDEA what was I thinking when i ordered this *dies*. I had o_O <-- this look on my face for a good 5 minutes when I remembered that this order was mine. But the more I look at it, I think it's kinda okay ^^ An extra shirt won't hurt!

I recently got a new laptop! Lovin' it heaps so far (: My old one was sort of 'reaching its time' already so yup, perfect time for a new one teehee.

Downside about having a new laptop, I still don't have Adobe Photoshop here, which means I can't edit/resize my photos which means no pictures in this post. I have this thing whereby I can only edit my photos using Photoshop. I can't stand using other programmes, online or offline. Until I can finally install Photoshop here permanently, my posts are going to be all WORDS :D Practise your reading, how bout that.

Our huge Gmarket parcel came in today! This time's gmarket haul was huge. We ordered so many things in total, it was kinda scary unpacking everything from the box haha. No pictures for now, because .... yeh you know. I can't wait to blog about this though!!

I've also been listening to Justin Bieber's acoustic album recently. Christine and I had no idea he had an acoustic album till we heard it in Forever 21 the other day. I loooooove all the acoustic versions of his songs *cries* He can sing. Owell, haters gon' hate.

This whole thing was pretty last minute as I only could only confirm that I was going for his concert less than 24 hours before the concert itself! I'm so thankful that I went, or else I would've regretted it for the rest of my life. JUSTIN BIEBERRRRR :D Gah, the boy is so hot with his new haircut! He brought Selena Gomez with him to Malaysia. Didn't get to see her, but she was in the VIP area.

The concert was AMAZING. The crowd was the most hyper crowd I've ever come across. Little kids at the age of 7 or even younger dancing to his music, shouting "MARRY ME JUSTIN!" and taking pictures using their Blackberry excitedly -_- Kids these days haha. Also, the awkward moment when a guy beside you shouts "I LOVE YOU JUSTIN! YOU DA MAN, JUSTIN" every minute. True beliebers (: I don't call myself one, but I still like him.

He sang Love Me, Runaway Love, U Smile, One Time, Bigger, One Less Lonely Girl, Eenie Meenie, Somebody To Love, Pray, Never Say Never and Baby for the encore. Joel Madden from Good Charlotte also made a special appearance and sang "Dance Floor Anthem".

Everyone doing Rock-A-Bye Baby when the fans screamed for him to sing Baby. They also did Hit Me Baby One More Time and Baby Got Back before settling on "just Baby?" <--that's what he said teehee.

I guess the concert was pretty simple and ended in about an hour plus but we didn't have to wait long in between songs or when he went backstage to change outfits. That was good (: I came across an article saying that Justin Bieber didn't interact with the fans at all. COME ON, SRSLY?! He kept talking to the audience, he jumped down the stage to greet the fans and a girl was called up to stage during "One Less Lonely Girl". Dear reporter, if that's not what you call 'interacting with fans', I would like to see YOU interact with fans one day.

Look at the big screen. Lucky fan.

Overall it was a grrrrrreat experience and if I wasn't a Belieber before this, I might say I'm a semi-belieber now (: THE BOY IS SMOKIN HOT OKAYYYYYY *SQUEELS*

Before the concert started, there was a staff walking around giving out posters for free. The catch was that we had to shout "JUSTIN BIEBER!!" as loud as possible. Christine and I did it ROFLL! We got 2 posters in the end!

My first haul post! :D

This arrived last week. Christine and I ordered some stuff from gift2u because the items were unbelievably cheap.

My items. 2 of them were actually DIY items. I had a SUPER hard time fixing them up. They included instructions too but I just suck at this type of things. I can't learn origami through instruction books either. My brain is weird like that.

I love love love the necklace! I didn't expect it to be this pretty when I ordered it. The desktop organizer is really cool too. It makes my desk look so much neater and well, organized? Haha (: (THIS took me the longest time to fix!)

Gmarket items arrived yesterday! We ordered a lot, so that explains the super huge box. I bought a pair of leggings, a shirt and a camera strap. I had more items but Gmarket cancelled them because they were out of stock brrrr-_-

Last night I had this sudden urge to revisit my old fandom: K One. Before kpop, I was head over heels for K One LOL! Yup, I was into taiwanese artists. I even watched all the dramas and variety shows with Amanda doing all the translating for me because my Mandarin sucks big time. Ahh, those were the days haha. We would download all the shows that had K One/5566/etc in it. Oh and Jungiery Stars! It's sort of like their version of SM Town.

Jennyi and I were going on a major Cpop marathon yesterday. We started searching for their videos on youtube and downloading the nice songs again (: Gooooshh, the memories! We still remember how to sing some of their songs teehee. It's so funny how all their videos are so low quality because HD didn't exist back then. That was about 7 years ago. Yup, I was around 11 - 12 when I was still a fan.

I still am! Kind of. My favourite was JR from K One!

How can you say no to THAT! I can't find a better picture because whenever I type in "JR K One" into google, images of Super Junior, SNSD, UKiss, [__insert krn group__] start to appear haha. Time really flies, if you think about it.

Right now, when I see K One or any other taiwanese groups talking about Super Junior, it kinda feels weird. So much has changed awww. I miss you, JR :D HE IS STILL SMOKIN HOT. I don't regret falling in love with him in the first place gahhh *squeels*

My puppies are super cute :D There are 3 of them, all female. Yup, you guessed it. They have their bitchfights too at times! But when they're not hating on each other, they're super cute. They sleep/take naps together awww.

Back to my fun-filled weekend in Malacca! Met up with Chiew Nee, Shin Yee and Manju on Saturday. I feel like I've not seen them in ages, even though it's only been 2 weeks. I've not seen Manju since Chinese New Year so it was really nice meeting up with all of them ♥

We also managed to meet Darshna, MayPin and Sherwon! OMFG I MISSED THEM SHO MUCH.

They went to catch a movie while the 4 of us decided to go for KARAOKE! Woop! Chiew Nee was feeling a tad bit angry and upset so she sorta released all her anger through singing LOLLLL. Manju had to go back before we even entered so it was only the 3 of us. I love the fact that Chiew Nee reads Korean too, so we practically sang 70% of the korean songs available. SO. MUCH. FUN :D We most definitely fail at rapping in Korean though tsk tsk.

Singing while sitting down is a no-no haha.

After that we had late lunch, and DESSERT! There's this new ice-cream stall/truck in DP which is mega cool because it's a freaking truck parked in the mall ROFL. We just take a cup and start choosing our flavours. It's exactly like how you buy frozen yogurt, but ice-cream instead.

Gahh I miss all of you already! We should go for karaoke again the next time we hang out woohoooooo!

I got my new camera today! It's a Canon PowerShot A3300 IS. IS stands for Image Stabilizer. Ooh sounds so high-tech right? Lol. The thing that I love most about this camera is that it has the "Toy Camera" effect which makes my pictures look as if they're taken using a lomo cam. I don't have to spend money on a new lomo cam anymore ehehe.

Today was the mother's birthday too! We bought 2 cakes, one more to celebrate her official retirement (: She's been working in the bank for over 30 years. That's crrrrazzzzyyyy right? Finally mommy get's a break!

I have to say that I loooove Singapore organizers more than local ones. They're so punctual! The concert was scheduled to start at 6 and we only left the house at 5.45 (our house is opposite the stadium) because we expected the concert to start an hour late HAHA. Malaysian time, you know?

As soon as we were there, nearly everyone had already entered the stadium and the staff were telling us to enter quickly as the doors were already going to close O_O; So after getting my SS3 towel, we entered and in less than 5 minutes, the concert started. I was in the VIP zone (:

Our area was sooooooooooooooooooooo awesome. Most of the time we were less than 2 feet from the boys. This has got to be the nearest I've ever been to them :D

The concert started off with Sorry Sorry. The boys sort of emerged from this round thing below the stage. Ok i suck at describing but the whole stage setting was really cool.

He's soooo charming in real life. Eventhough I've seen this dude for about 4 times now, he still gives me the shivers lol. He's such a gentleman! He'd go "god bless you" so often and even his solo stage was a Christian song aw, Shisus. He also took a t-shirt from a fan who printed it for him and wore it (: YES, HOT GUY STRIPPING IN FRONT OF US. With dripping sweat. HAHAHHAHA.

Idk why but he seemed really down the whole time. He usually is the one that goes crazy and does all the fun stuff but it looks like he just wasn't in the mood :/ Kinda disappointed tbh. He just walks past our side without even waving or looking at the fans. But Shindong is Shindong (: We still love him!

Whenever I see him now, I think of the Three Musketeers musical we saw in Korea. He's SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO good-looking! Seriously! And he's getting good at the whole fan-service thing haha. I managed to touch his hand! More like pull his finger, actually. He's really nice and tries his best to please every single fan. His vocals! I've never really seen him upclose because during all the previous concerts, he didn't come to my area but since we were in the VIP zone (middle), we could see every member upclose teehee. I can't describe the feeling of seeing him less than 2 feet away, singing and reaching all the high notes effortlessly. Kyuhyun why you so perfect?! During the ending ment, each member took turns to say something and they were trying their best to speak in English. When it was his turn, he started speaking SUPER FLUENT english. Turns out he was actually just saying out the lyrics to an English song ROFL. Btw, his complexion is really bad :/ acne problem.

Hyukjae

LEE HYUKJAE! YOU..............YOU!.. ugh omg he's so charismatic i'm not even kidding. Especially when he dances (: Really hot in real life too! I have a thing for him because he just gives off that 'oppa' vibe all the time haha. During one of the songs, all the members were throwing a ton colourful balls to the fans and if you're lucky, you'll get to catch it. Hyukjae was the only one who kissed every ball before throwing it and Elaine actually managed to catch one :D It's in my drawer right now ^^ His solo, Jay Sean's "Down" was SO GOOD and entertaining, I could watch it over and over again. (Too bad it won't be in the concert DVD because he didn't perform it in Seoul)

Yesung

When I see Yesung, I think of "Babtol's". LOLLLL (refer to Korea trip). He's starting to grow on me because he's so funny! And nice (: He made everyone in the stadium sing together during his solo stage (It Has To Be You) which I thought was really sweet because I thought it made us feel like ONE ^^ and I LOVE THAT SONG! He would also walk past our area and give us that "little boy" smile everytime. The Super Junior members always leave him out of everything on purpose because they always tease him saying that no one cares about him. During the ending ment, Eeteuk let everyone say something and left him out on purpose haha. So he was like "MY TURN!!!" and went "Kiss me nowww, kiss me tonight~~~~~". Gotta love the boys and their random English.

Sungmin

Sungmin!! He took a fan's video camera and helped her record Eeteuk lol. After he returned it to her, HE FREAKING TOOK MY SISTER'S CAMERA!! :D He took a picture but before that he looked at my sister and gave her the "Like this?" look haha. Here's the picture he took:

HUGE FAIL HAHAA. The camera was zoomed, and he didn't know. The three of us were literally freaking out when he reached out for my sister's camera! I have a fancam of the whole thing :D Everytime i watch it, I feel all giddy again haha.

He's so cute. "Little boy" cute. All his actions are so adorable i just want to hug him! He's really nice to the fans too and even poses for pictures haha.

Ryeowook

He came to our area and stayed here quite often but he didn't really interact with the fans. He did wave and smile and all though (: He can get a little crazy when the environment gets a little high too haha. Amazing vocals, as usual.

Heechul

CRAZY MANNNN X) The second pic is him checking himself out using a fan's video camera (the one Sungmin took). After that, he went "Ok good!" LOL SRSLY HEECHUL! He has the most random English too. During the ending ment, he turned to Siwon and said "This is a horse!" and then turned to Sungmin and said "This is a pumpkin!" HAHHAAHAHA. When everyone was screaming for him, he went "Denk you, Denk you, Denk you, I rove you too!" X) He looks good in real life too (: First time seeing him so near too because seldom comes to my area in the previous concerts.

Donghae

This guy is no.1 at fanservice. He literally looks into every single camera and smiles or makes a funny face. He's even kind enough to help most of the fans who brought their polaroid cameras to take pictures. He takes one, and keeps it for himself, and takes another one and gives it to the fan. Awwwwwwwwwwwwwww. I initially wanted to bring mine but I was afraid it would get confiscated. What a waste, srsly. They weren't even strict when checking our bags -_- Ugh. If not for that, I'd prolly have a polaroid of him now. DAMNNNN! He's like Hyukjae. Lots of charisma....i like! When he's doing all the serious stuff, he's soooooo charismatic and when it's time for all the happy songs, he behaves like a little boy, i'm not kidding. He's sooo hyper and i'm going to say this again, he's super nice to the fans. When he walks past your section and you start screaming, odds are he's going to look at you (: At the end, he would keep singing Bruno Mars' "Just The Way You Are" but he only knows the first few lines haha. So he could go "When I see your faceeeee~............................" and kept repeating it!

Eeteuk

Best for last, right? Remember my banner? Yup, he saw it. Success, again!! This guy.... this guy omg, this guy O.O I'm speechless. Seeing him again, for the 5th time, omg *dies* I'll never get tired of him I swear. I was hyperventilating when he sang Leehom's "Kiss Goodbye" for his solo stage. I've always wanted to see him play the piano on stage and finally i get to! Super good-looking (duh~), and awesome at fan-service. More like a pro at fan-service haha. No, I didn't get to touch his hand, or catch a ball that was kissed by him, or let him take our camera but just seeing him upclose made me as happy. He came to my area A LOT which was kinda like that best part about the whole concert teehee. His English improved too! He knows the word "Foolish" *winks*.

Zhoumi spoke some Cantonese during the ending which made everyone go OMFG O_________________________O. Henry did Justin Bieber's "Baby" for his solo lololololol whee! He's so cute omg! He told us that 70% of the tweets to him are from Malaysian fans which was really sweet ^^;. To be honest, I didn't know Jungmo was there when he came out with Zhoumi and Henry :x That was his ONLY appearance and I only realised it was him when he came out at the ending. Pretty cool being able to see him in person too.

The stage after the concert ended. Super Junior concerts are like that haha. Most fans throw their banners or toys onto stage hoping that a member would pick it up, which usually, they do! I threw my banner up but no one picked it up :/ It's okay because Eeteuk already saw it. However! I found out that after the concert ended, a fan begged the security guard to help her take that banner from the stage to give it to her. UGH. I still don't get why she wants my banner so badly. It's not like any of the boys touched it whatsoever. Ohwell.

It was the best concert I've been to, considering that I got to see all 10 of them super close. I miss the 13 of them together. Somewhere in the middle, they did a tribute for Kangin. I felt like crying because it was so touching. I miss Kangin. I watch their old shows and I see him and start thinking of what Suju would be like now if none of this happened. Anyway, we were literally less than 2 feet away from the boys throughout the concert. Also, getting all the small meaningful "souvenirs" from the concert made it all the better. I don't know when's the next time I'm going to get to see them again but I'm hoping to see them in Korea next!

I didn't really take pictures of my whole room because it's embarrassing. I have a ton of pink stuff, it's not even funny haha. My lamp, binder, cupboard, watch, key holder, big basket, little basket, post-its, container, calendar and a few more other stuff are pink. That's a lot of things LOLLLL!

My first day was really bad, i'd say. Everything didn't go right and to top it all off, I wasn't allowed to take the subjects that I had in mind. So right now I'm only taking Psychology, Math, Econs and dum dum dum the bestest subject ever: Thinking Skills. I have 2 weeks to think about whether I want to take TS or not. That subject is so funny and weird, but I have no choice, since they didn't let me take Chem with those other 3 subjects. Hectic, hectic day.

Today was my 2nd day and it was wayyyy better. Started attending classes and met a few nice people (: Most of my classes are cancelled tomorrow because of the SPM results, but I have Econs in the morning and then Thinking Skills at 4pm.

Anyway, GOOD LUCK TO ALL SPM-ERS! I hope we all end up really happy tomorrow! I hope I will.

So I moved into my hostel today (: I haven't met my roomie because she's back at her hometown for the weekend but judging by the looks of her space in the room, she's prrreeeetyyyyy messy and dirty. Idk, I hope I'm wrong. My double room is pretty big compared to Christine's HAHAHAHA so I'm happy about that teehee.

I still can't go online until I get my student ID so for the time being I'm just crashing Christine's room to go on the internet. Gotta wake up early tomorrow because Mr. AirCon Repairman is gonna repair the aircon in my room :/ It turns off by itself after some time.

OH! Super Show 3 tomorrow! It'll be my 5th time seeing Jungsoo WOOHOO. I'm not @(#&*(@&*^$#*@(@)(#@_KALHAIUOEWOADAS excited, but I'm still kinda excited. Haha GO GO!

We made cupcakes yesterday. The icing for the decorations really got on my nerves because they were sooooo hard to deal with! I've not exactly eaten them yet haha. Because they're chocolate cupcakes and I don't like chocolate cupcakes. I'd get a headache if I eat too much chocolate-y stuff (I don't get that when I drink hot chocolate though) so yeh :/ I'm so weird. I'll probably go try one out later :3

I'm so bored at home these few days, you can't even imagine. Literally sitting in front of the laptop the whole day. I guess I'm starting to get sick of this overly long holiday. Can't believe I'm saying this, but I'm pretty excited to start studying again. College starts on the 21st of March and I'm moving up to Subang on the 18th!

Some stuff I got recently~

SHINee and SMTOWN Concert tees! I chose Taemin's version (yellow). SHINee's merchandises are always so different haha. Suju and Soshi's concert tees are always white. I looooooooooove love love love the SMTown tee! I feel so happy wearing it LOL! I'm thinking of personalizing it just like how the SM artists did with theirs, but I'm afraid I'll ruin it :/ Guess I'll just leave it like that for the time being, until I gather enough courage to cut or sew stuff on it.

Remington Mini Hair Straighter from Australia (: It's so cute and.... MINI. I don't know how good and effective it is because I won't be using it until I move to my hostel. However.. I have VERY thick hair so it'll probably take me ages to straighten all my hair haha. But it's very good for travelling!

Etude House Aqua Face Mist. These few days I've been looking through A LOT of beauty/skincare blogs because their product reviews and hauls are really fun to read X) I decided to get this face mist after reading lots of good reviews about it. My face gets really dry and eeky in the hot weather so this is super useful~ I carry it everywhere with me now. They have 3 types, this one is "Vitamin Water". I'm planning to get the "Bamboo Water" one after I'm done with this (:

SS3 placard. Okay I didn't actually get this, I made this. I felt super stupid while I was cutting the letters out. I actually drew out the words onto the colour paper itself and cut them out. I could've just printed the outlines on the coloured paper and cut them out -_- This is what happens when you don't think before you do something *fail* I'm super proud of this placard anyway! Now I just hope that it will be as daebak as my placard in SS2!

Going off to college and moving in to my hostel on the 18th so I'm busy packing these few days. Yesterday I was looking through my drawers to make sure that I don't forget to bring anything and I came across these!

They weren't all arranged nicely so I had to dig my drawer and found all of them :D I don't even remember keeping them (minus the ones from the recent Korea trip) especially the boarding passes eheh. These were from 2009 to 2011.

Then I went through another drawer and found my little collection of clothing tags haha.

I like to collect those that are pretty or overseas ones. Some were even from '07~

After rediscovering my two random collections, I had to take my little box of cinema tickets out too

SHO MANY! And i write who I watch the movie with behind every ticket ^^

Hot chocolate! I developed an addiction for hot chocolate when I was in Korea x.x

So this week I:

1. Drove for the first time on the road! I got a shock when my instructor pulled over and said "Okay, you drive now." O_O Luckily it was in the morning so there weren't many cars around but it was still mind-blowing haha (for me, at least). I hate stopping at traffic lights because the car engine always dies when I try to move again. Let's just say I respect manual drivers a lot more than I used to.

2. Went out with ChiewNee, Jenn and Shinyee. We had korean food for lunch again but this time, the bill was WIN. All because Shinyee brought up the 잡채 idea and we ended up ordering it which costs RM30 PER PLATE. So the whole meal was RM140. We promised to never eat korean food again for a month at least.

4. Went on a Dream High marathon. Youtube, i love you. Managed to watch 6 episodes in 2 days and now I'm waiting for the last episode (EP 16) which airs in Korea on Monday! WOOHOO~

4. Got a new phone, as you can see in the previous post. I'm planning to change the protective layer because the one on it right now is kinda thick and this makes the touchscreen less sensitive... Other than that, i love it!

After my previous Samsung Star got stolen by some sonofabitchasshole recently, I decided to go with the Samsung Corby Wifi. I did so much research on this phone, you won't even believe it ㅠㅠ. I just got it today and I'm loving it! I got the pink one but after getting it I thought the white one was not bad either :/ I might just buy the white case because the cool thing about Corby phones is that you can change the fashion jackets to any other design. I still have to look for a place that sells them.

Anyway, the phone has the cutest illustrations and font!

The wallpaper is mine, but the rest is the theme. The font is soooo cute! Back when I had my Star, it didn't have this particular font so yay! Another plus!

Oh, the phone reads korean characters too. FINALLY! In all my previous phones, the korean characters would turn out as squares -_- However, you can't type in Korean. haha weird, I know. Text me in korean! I'll reply you in engrish ♥

There are many reviews online saying that they didn't like the touchscreen for this phone and some other certain aspects of it but I don't really feel it because I'm already used to Samsung phones I guess? ^^ There's only one downside to the Corby. The camera is only 2MP whereas my old Star was 3.2 MP. Here's a picture I took using the camera:

Extra fashion jackets (they call it) that came in the box. Picture quality isn't THAT bad right?

I'm pretty satisfied with this phone (: And I know I shouldn't be saying this but, to the person who took my old phone, .... thanks? Haha. Don't get me wrong, I'd love to get the Samsung Star again but it was out of stock. Corby it was!

I started a Korean diary recently to improve my Korean. Sometimes it's difficult to express what I want to write because my Korean is definitely still limited but I hope i'll improve by the end of this year! 출발 hoot!

I've also been watching variety shows without english subs. Well, partly because I want to watch them immediately and i'm too impatient to wait till the subs are released. For instance, Khuntoria's We Got Married. I've managed to learn a whole lot of new words and sentence structures by doing this so I guess it's good in a way? Korean variety shows have a lot of captions on the screen and throughout the whole show, I’ll pause frequently to look up a word that I don't know. Of course, watching with english subs is even better because there are direct translations simultaneously but I like it this way too, and like I've said earlier, I don't like waiting too long for subs :D

I'm also happy because now I can understand 3/4 of a korean song woop! Last time I only listened to a song as a song, but now I actually listen and pay attention to try to understand it ^^; Slowly improving yeeeeehaw!

My phone got stolen today. I actually liked my phone very much and I even chose this over an iPhone4. Worst luck ever! I don't even want to talk about how it got stolen cos it's just too heartbreaking ): I won't be having a phone for a week plus so if you've texted me or called me, you'll know why there's no reply.

Well at least i totally made someone's day. Dear stranger, go ahead. Go look at all my teukmin wallpapers. Go read all my important notes. Go listen to all my Glee and kpop songs. Go look at all the pictures and videos. Why didn't I transfer them out. I have some really memorable pictures and videos in my phone and now they're all gone.

Last day. Couldn't really go far because we had to check-out at 2pm so we just hung out in Myeongdong. Haha even after we've packed our luggage in the morning, we still bought a crapload of stuff in just a few hours. At one point, we had to go back to the hotel to pack everything we bought and after that, we went shopping, again. :D 아이구 끝까지

If you know me well, you'll know that I'm afraid of mascots. But what the heck, right? ^^ This Garfield dude was really mean LOL. He had a little stick which he used to hit and annoy people that walked past.

Baskin Robbins. Apparently it was cheaper there (: The 3 flavours were Cookies 'N Cream, Shooting Star and i forgot the last one but i think it was basically chocolate banana.

I chose Shooting Star because Seohyun chose that flavour on WGM eheh. It tasted weird though :/

Didn't take pictures of the sky on the flight back home because we didn't get window seats~ Anyhoooooot! I miss Seoul so much! The family is going in July but I can't because I have classes -_- But I hope a miracle happens and I can go at last! *fingers crossed*

Hello!

Day 9 was our last full day so we decided to splurge on everything we've been eyeing on but too afraid to buy in case we become broke at the end of the trip. We were wise-spenders for the past 8 days so it was payback time (:

We went back to Kosney to buy MORE cute stuff and also souvenirs for those back home. And I wasn't kidding when I said MORE haha

Then it was Pizza Hut for lunch woop!

After lunch we went back to SPAO and Etude to buy more stuff haha. Etude House over there doesn't only sell cosmetics like in Msia. They even have hair products which I thought were really cute! No picture though :/

After all the hardcore shopping (doesn't really sound hardcore when I type it out but trust me, it was ) we used the subway to get to 신당 (Shindang) for the musical.

It was Kyuhyun's second last performance so i think that's why there were a lot of congratulatory 'flowers' for him from different fansites. Ok wait. They weren't actually flowers. They give rice instead.

We went for the 4pm show which was the second last show. Yoona and Yesung went for the 8pm one (last show). Donghae went too, but i'm not sure which show. Some fans say it was the 4pm one but we didn't see him lol. *fail*

ANYWAY! Yesung took a picture in front of the photo wall too!

We had really good seats, as in, we were in the middle and had full view of the stage but we were at the 2nd floor. So that makes us pretty far from the actors. I had to wear my glasses. We could still see Kyuhyun's face, so it was all worth it yay!

THE END!

The musical was such a fun experience (: It was my first time attending a musical too so i was quite impressed by how they change the stage sets so quickly. It was all in korean, so I only understood half of what they were saying. Not bad, okay. The songs they sang were really nice and I love how the actors can sing and act at the same time so perfectly. And btw, Kyuhyun's voice will really melt your heart. *DIES* ♥

Back to our last-minute shopping adventure. We went back to Insadong. 2 shop owners said that we were pretty and that our korean was really good HAHA. I don't know whether they're just saying that to make us buy more or they really meant it. I like to think the latter :x

Irrelevant: I also bought hot choco from Crown Bakery because I wanted the cup holder (i'm collecting cup holders from Korea haha) and partly because it was freezing.. but i accidentally threw it together with the cup -_- DAMN.

After all the shopping, we went back to Myeongdong and because the 3 of us were starving at that time, we decided to have 삼겹살 (samgyubsal) again! It has become our staple food in Korea

We also went to Everysing again because I wanted to try my luck to see if there were any new merchandises they're selling over there. True enough, there was! HAHAHAHOHOHUHUHUHHEHEHHE.

They were selling little Super Junior glass cups, with old pictures. Yes old. They just recycled the pictures and printed them onto another product and sell them for a high price. As much as I hate SM for being such a money-making machine, I bought it :x

After that, since it was our last night, we decided to go back to 명인만두 (MyeongIn Mandoo), which was the place we buy our kimbab nearly EVERY SINGLE NIGHT, from the same ahjumma (: We took polaroids with her.......and bought kimbab, again haha.

And since Elaine was in love with the dude that worked in GS25 (refer to Day 1), we went back there~

Now you know why I love convenience stores in Korea so much. My heaven.

Then we went back to the hotel... and started packing - Worst thing to do for every trip because it means going home ):

We woke up late, again. I can't remember the last time I saw MORNING in Korea :x Headed to Dunkin Donuts for breakfast, AGAIN too haha. I swear it's like a routine!

After that we took the subway to Bangi for the Soshified Meet-up. Our hotel is in Euljiro 1-ga which is verrrrrrrrrrry farrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr away from Bangi. Here's the subway map:

Long ride, but it was worth it!

When we arrived at the station, we needed to go to the cafe where the meet-up was held. Pete삼촌 gave us directions already, but along the way, they pasted arrows on the floor haha.

When we arrived at the cafe, we were kinda lost but everyone there was really nice and friendly (: The whole cafe even turned into a SNSD Cafe LOL.

Everything was so well-planned, I gotta give props to the Soshified staff. We met a few famous twitter people too woohoo~ and also made new friends :D There was Micha, Thea, Jeannie, Oskar and a few more from Singapore but I forgot their names. It was kinda like an international fanmeet because there were fans from many different countries ♥ Once again, Soshified jjang!

They also distributed tons of SNSD merchandise - keychains, shirts, luggage tags, calendars, photos, posters and Elaine even got to bring home an Intel mug with Tiffany's autograph on it. I'm not sure whether it's really signed by her or printed but either way, it's still damn cool (:

The result at the end of the day

After the meet-up, all of us headed to the Olympic Park for the Intel Showcase, where SNSD would be performing. ^^ All of us were really excited because we honestly didn't know that we'd actually get to see SNSD. (For me, at least.)

Once all of us reached the location, we saw this LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOONG queue formed at the entrance. So many people were waiting to get in too *dies*

The soshified gang had to wait for quite some time in the freezing weather too T_T It was so cold that all of us couldn't feel our legs anymore. Then one of the Intel staff came out and distributed VIP passes to us! *WOOP WOOP!*

So finally we get in, and there's free food! No one went to eat though. We had to wait somemore (MORE waiting) before we could enter the auditorium. D: FINALLYYY when our legs were about to break, we finally went in!

Stage

I bet 3/4 of the people present at the event are only there for SNSD (just like us) haha. SNSD came out at the very end, so before that, they had product talks, video clips, etc and we even had to sit through TWO rounds of StarCraft T_T

Apparently there were 2 top gamers that had a Starcraft battle in front of the audience. I never never never ever get games like that. I really don't. It's like BAM BAM SHOOT SHOOT SURROUND ENEMY SHOOT BOMB..... CRASH! And we have a winner!

3 commentators in the middle and the two players in their booths. It lasted for about an hour. OTL *cries*

After that there was MORE product talk!

Then finally, like seriously, FINALLY, they showed SNSD's Visual Dreams MV! (the song they're singing for Intel) No one expected this but towards the end of the music video, SNSD themselves starting walking to the stage :D :D :D *EXCITED*

Korean fanboys..... i salute them. Their screams were so LOUD and scary LOLLLL. Boys + screaming don't go together haha. The fanchants were super loud and you could totally feel the hype and excitement ㅋㅋㅋ

Yoona was reeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeally pretty ^^ I'm turning into a Yoona fan day by day. Gah all of them are pretty! and i love Taeyeon's little ponytail haha. Jessica had the most fans. Her ~~cheers~~ screams were super loud. After performing "Hoot", they did a short introduction. Taeyeon normally does the talking but her mic wasn't working at all so Seohyun had to do it (:

Then they performed their newest song for Intel, "Visual Dreams". Robot dance teehee.

Overall it was an awesome experience seeing SNSD and also attending the Intel Showcase. Who would have thought that all of us who went for the meet-up could enter as VIPs and get such a great view of the stage too (: All of us took a group photo that day but I don't know who has it..

After the event ended, we headed back to the subway station to go home. It was really late at night already but we were so hungry lol. Ended up going to our favourite kimbab shop for supper! Cheese ramyun ftw!

korea day 7 ; 17 january 2011

This is going to be a long post but a fun-filled one!

We woke up late, again, and had brunch at 명인 만두 in Myeongdong - the place where we get our kimbab everyday :D Christine's korean friends, Jinwoo and Brandon were coming to pick her up so we had to rush back to the hotel. They were so nice and offered to drop Elaine and I at Apgujeong before hanging out with Christine.

Brandon dropped the both of us off in front of Galleria and we took a bus to.......................... SM. AGAIN. Since the first time was kinda fail, I wanted to try my luck another time. Thank goodness it wasn't as cold and windy as the previous time we were in Apgujeong!

Okay, so as usual, SM was ridiculously quiet compared to the other fanaccounts, and there were still no fangirls at all. We stayed around for a bit and saw some staff driving in and out through the back door. That's all pfffft.

After that we went looking for JYP Entertainment. Elaine only had a picture of a map to the building in her Blackberry. And it was bird's eye view so we had to guess which building was which -_- Took us quite some time to actually get there cos we kept turning in to the wrong lanes.

Dunkin Donuts was just opposite the building and we saw some fans hanging out in the cafe while waiting for someone famous to come out. JYP fans are so lucky. They have a perfect waiting spot. SM, however, is in the middle of nowhere and fans usually have to wait in the cold/hot summer.

The front door of JYP had the word "Junk" pasted using paper on it. I don't know why it's there. Maybe there's a different meaning to it? 몰라.

When we were there, there was also a black van waiting outside. You know those black super cool and fully-tinted vans used to fetch celebs here and there? We thought that maybe the van was waiting for someone to come out but the driver eventually drove away -_- We're so unlucky! Side note: The whole day in Apgujeong, we saw so many of those black vans all over. Too bad we'll never know who's in them haha.

Apparently Cube Entertainment is near JYP but we had no idea how to get there. So we went in to the GS25 store opposite JYP and asked the lady for directions. In the store, there was also autographed posters of Miss A, 4Minute, Wonder Girls and 2PM if i remember correctly. They go there a lot, maybe?

Ok so here's the thing. Cube Entertainment looks nothing like an entertainment company, i'm not joking. If it weren't for the vandalisme on the walls, we wouldn't have guessed that Cube was there. There's no signboard indicating that it's indeed Cube but there's a signboard for a restaurant right at the entrance XD

After doing all the fangirl stuff, we went to Rodeo Street because I wanted to go to the other Everysing branch . (Edit: Going to Everysing is also considered as 'fangirl stuff' actually haha) I think the Everysing here is the main one because it had lots more stuff compared to the one in Myeongdong.

If you plan to get any SM artist album, buy it from Everysing. It's a little cheaper compared the the ones sold in CD shops.

While walking around Rodeo Street, we also saw the Photo shop that Khuntoria and f(x) went to take their family picture.. You'll know if you watch 'We Got Married' haha.

Apgujeong is close to becoming my favourite place.. after Hongdae.

Elaine wanted to visit Yoochun's mom's gelato shop (Time Out Gelato) which is in that area too but we didn't know where in the world it was. Then we saw this really cool internet service thing by the roadside haha.

We didn't go at last though. Elaine lost interest haha. Instead, we went to Dunkin Donuts for tea ^^. Anyway, we had to meet up with Christine and her 2 friends for dinner too. We had Bulgogi! It was SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO GOOOOOOD. But we didn't take any pictures at all -_-; fail.

Brandon said that the next time we go to Korea, tell him a week in advance because he knows a few KBS PDs and so he can arrange stuff for us with KBS. I wish I knew about this earlier T_T Or else we couldn't gotten to see some cool stuff or maybe meet celebs in the KBS Building already! Next time ok, next time ^^

After dinner, we split up with Christine's 2 friends and the 3 of us decided to go to Banpo Bridge. The bridge is the one featured in the SEOUL mv, and there are fountain shows at certain times. Idk whether it was us that were total noobs, or there wasn't any show planned for that day. I checked online and there was supposed to be a show at 9.00pm but turned out, there was nothing. -_- Maybe we got the wrong bridge but that's unlikely because we followed the directions given~

I'm never going there again at night. It was sooooooooooooooo creepy because we were the only ones there. And it was also really quiet and and dark too. We gave up because it was starting to feel dangerous and headed to the KBS Building to watch Sukira! (Super Junior's Kiss The Radio)

Ok so the day before, I checked online and apparently the DJs for that night were Kyuhyun and Hyukjae. Kinda sucks because I was hoping that Eeteuk would be there. Elaine likes Kyuhyun and Christine likes Hyukjae so they were saying they were really excited to see them.

BUT BUT BUT! When we arrived, there were SO many fans there already. The show starts at 10pm but we reached around 10.15pm and couldn't see a thing. We could hear the radioshow though. I thought I heard Eeteuk's voice and paused for a second. I asked another fan that was there earlier and she said the DJs were Eeteuk and Sungmin. HOMFGGGGGG! Apparently they changed the DJs at the last minute :D :D :D *BIGGEST SMILE EVER*

At first I was bummed because we couldn't see a thing. I could only HEAR his voice. Wth right, so near yet so far. Thankfully, awhile later, Christine managed to find a really good spot where we could see almost everything (: HE IS SO GOOD-LOOKING OMG AND SEXY TOO *DIES* I can strike off "Seeing Eeteuk in Korea" on my list of things to do before i die.

It was truly an amazing experience to watch the radioshow in real life. All this while i've only been watching it online haha. The both of them were reeeally funny. They started dancing to DBSK's Keep Your Head Down at one point lol.

And then a few minutes before the show ended, Eeteuk sang "She's Gone". OMG IT'S THE MOST HILARIOUS THING EVER. He obviously couldn't reach the high notes and started screaming his lungs out. Everyone should watch it!

And to think that it's broadcasted live on radio -_- He just doesn't know when to stop HAHAHAH. Towards the end of the song, the DJs for the next show arrived and so they had to wrap up Sukira already. Eeteuk was still screaming his lungs out so the staff just slowly muted the mic. He didn't know that the mic was already off and went on screaming like a fool in the studio LOL. And then he finally caught on and stopped singing haha.

When they left the studio, all the fans started running to the main entrance of the KBS building. We just went with the crowd haha. All of us were waiting at the lobby but the guard told us that they already went down through another way. So the whole group ran outside where the van comes out from. We were just in time because not too long after, their van come out from the basement (: The van was fully tinted so we couldn't see anything but Eeteuk shined his cellphone light to us and wound down his window to say bye. GAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH 8D

So that's the end of my Sukira experience! I forgot the take a picture outside the building though. This gives me a reason to go again next time haha.

I've not finished posting on Korea trip, there are still 4 more days to blog about haha. But anyway, i'm back here in Malaysia already. I miss Korea so effin much right now. I miss going to the subway station everyday, shopping in Myeongdong and buying kimbab almost everyday. It's going to take some time to get used to Malaysia again partly because I still refuse to accept the fact that I'm gonna be stuck here for maybe a year or more before I can go to Korea again. T________________T OH WELLLL life goes on.

I think i bought less this time round compared the the previous trips teehee. Didn't even buy any albums home.

Had breakfast at Dunkin Donuts. Over there, they have all sorts of food besides just donuts. It's so happening compared to the ones in Malaysia =_= Our favourite is the Hot English Muffin (핫 잉글리시 머핀) , with cheese, egg and bacon omg. It's SOOOOOOOOOOOOO GOOD! We had total 15 of these throughout the whole trip haha.

After breakfast, we headed to Ilsan, Kyunggido which is where Junsu's dad's pizza shop (Misarang Imsil Cheese Pizza) is located. Kyunggido is about 1 hour from Myeongdong. A 1-hour trip just to eat pizza. Oh the things we do for idols -_-; At first we didn't know it was going to be THAT far and the further we went, the less high-rise buildings we saw... and mountains & old houses starting appearing.. :O

When we reached Ilsan, we had no idea where in the world the pizza shop was. Oh btw, the MBC Dream Centre which is where Music Core is recorded is also there. So if you're gonna go there to eat pizza, make sure you go on a Saturday so that you can catch Music Core too. We didn't ):

Then we finally found the pizza shop after asking directions from a man working at a convenience store. Vandalism, yet again. Love declarations all over!

The food was just okay imo. My sisters thought they were really delicious though.

Because we went on a Sunday, Inkigayo was being broadcasted live on the TV. When it was TVXQ's performance, the workers there exchanged weird looks :/ If you're familiar with the dispute between JYJ and SM, you'll get it. (Note: Cos it's Junsu's dad's pizza shop and Junsu is no more in TVXQ) But anyway, the workers there are reeeeally nice (:

Our next stop was Ssamziegil in Insadong. Ssamziegil (쌈지길) is sort of like an artsy-fartsy place whereby it has lots of handicraft stores, souvenir shops, art galleries etc. But the stuff there are pretty expensive ):

Okay, the main reason why we came here was because this is one of the locations where they filmed the Seoul MV (yes, we visited nearly all the places in the music video ^^)

Before heading home, we had dinner at Bonjuk (본죽) again lol! (Refer to previous post)

Elaine wanted to watch her k-drama, Secret Garden on TV at night, so we went back to the hotel first. Then when it was super late, we decided to go to Myeongdong again,........ to steal posters! ROFL. It was the poster of the 'Three Musketeers' musical that Kyuhyun was in. There were 2 of them that were taped onto the window of the shop beside our hotel. The shop was an abandoned shop too, so of course we were tempted to take the poster haha.

In our defense, we werent the only ones that stole the poster. There were 2 of them, we took one, and the next day, the other one went missing too cos someone took it already :D AND! It was probably gonna be torn down when the musical is over, so why not give it to someone who will treasure it more, right? :D HEE HEE.

Weather was freaking cold. It was effin freezing D:

We headed straight to Apgujeong to see the SM Building with no breakfast lol. Man, i'm going to be saying this alot but IT WAS DAMN COLD THAT DAY. And in Apgujeong, the wind was so strong that we couldn't feel our face and ears. Wind + Cold weather = nono.

Well, obviously we lost our way and decided to use the bus. Buses in Korea have two doors, one at the front for people to go up, and one at the middle for people to get out. At the stop where we were supposed to come down (near the SM building), the bus driver did not open the exit door -_____- So we went even further to ANOTHER stop.

Like i said before, we didn't even have breakfast/brunch so we were practically starving. So we decided to try out the porridge in 본죽 (Bonjuk). One bowl of porridge is HUGE.

Asked one of the workers at the shop for directions to Chungdam Highschool (Taemin's school) and also SM. She said it was pretty near and gave us directions bla bla but when we started to walk again, it wasn't AS near and it was freeeeeeeeeeeeeeeezing -_- So the taxi it was! Taxi dude didn't know where "SM" was so we just told him to drop us at Chungdam Highschool which apparently was near SM. The taxi driver ended up dropping us in front of SM and told us that Chungdam Highschool was just behind it. He didn't know the building was SM haha.

I was kinda disappointed. I read tons of fanaccounts and they always say that there are lotsa fangirls waiting outside and all. But there was NO ONE. NOOOO ONE. It was soooo quiet, I thought they shifted already o.o But there were still those good cars parked outside so i guess not haha.

Then we went to the back of the building where the celebs usually go in and out from.

Elaine said she saw someone walking out from that door to the brown building opposite but she couldn't tell who it was. And when we were at the front of the building, i saw someone opening the window and then closing it again, but couldn't see who it was. Sneaky SM people -_-

This is so random but beside the SM Building, there's a plastic surgery clinic *moving eyebrows* Are you thinking what I'm thinking. LOLLLL joking.

Then we walked further down and discovered Chungdam Highschool (FINALLY)

If you were to compare my school to THIS school.......... ok omg don't even compare. My school is like a hut compared to this.

After that we went back to the hotel cos it was too cold. I wanted to go to Everysing in Rodeo Street but oh well. On the way back we bought waffles from one of the subway stations (: They weren't exactly waffles, cos they're hard and waffles are supposed to be soft T____T

Then at night, we went to Myeongdong for dinner and went to Kosney! I LOVE KOSNEY!! It's like Daiso but a way cuter and cooler version. There was also Daiso but we might go another day ^^

Over here, they also have Baskin Robbins cafe, teehee. I love their obsession over cafes~

Spent the whole day in Hongdae. Hongdae is actually short for Hongik Daehakgyo (Hongik University) so it's the area where lotsa uni students hang out and all. (University boys ftw! LOL JOKING!) I loooooove Hongdae so much!

Our main objective of going to Hongdae was to visit Babtol's. Babtol's is a restaurant that's owned by Yesung's (SJ member) parents. He bought the shop for them. Filial son (: Yesung's parents are there most of the time.

The interior was really cool, they had this section where fans could write down their messages and pin it up & the whole place was decorated with Yesung and the other Super Junior member's pictures.

Drinks and side dishes were self-service but Yesung's mom helped us take them awww (:

The food was pretty affordable and delicious yum yum. I ordered Kimchi Cheese Bokkumbap (1st). Elaine ordered something with rice, egg and curry (2nd) and Christine ordered Spaghetti Carbonara.

We wanted to take a picture with Yesung's mommy but she was on the phone for the LONGEST TIME O_O. After ending a phonecall, she started dialing another number and this cycle kept going on lollll. At last I went up to her and gave her a signal that we wished to take a picture with her and she was like "Ohhhh ok!" She's so motherly, really (:

Yesung's dad came in the shop when we were eating but he went out after awhile..

After Babtol's we decided to go to another cafe - A Twosome Place, because I was feeling generous and wanted to pay for something LOLLL. (I ended up paying for my drink and a cake only though)

Apparently, lotsa other famous cafes are located in Hongdae too, like the Hello Kitty Cafe, the Coffee Prince Cafe etc.

After going to A Twosome Place, we went to the Hello Kitty cafe haha. One cafe after the other. It was kinda difficult looking for it, because all the directions that we looked for online didn't make any sense. On the way searching for the cafe, we found a small park which was really pretty because it was semi-covered with snow yay!

And also Charlie Brown Cafe. We initially wanted to go to the one in Ehwa (Or Sinchon i forgot) but then we didn't because of time constraints so it was pretty cool to get to see another branch in Hongdae.

Then......finally. We found the damn Hello Kitty Cafe! IT'S SO PINK AND PRETTYYYYY I'm not even kidding!

Near the door, there were a few autographs by some famous people who've been there and we spotted T-Ara's (:

After that, Elaine wanted to go to the Coffee Prince Cafe (ROFL ANOTHER CAFE). For those who don't know, Coffee Prince is a drama and they actually filmed majority of the scenes at this particular cafe. (They have tons of other branches but this is the main one were they filmed)

We didn't enter because we just came out from the Hello Kitty cafe haha. And i read reviews that the cafe is really rundown (kinda?) and the food was really pricey.

Okay, the best part bout today. I knew about a dog cafe called Bau House Cafe through one of the episodes of 2NE1 TV. They went there once and it was pretty cool because the cafe had REAL DOGS everywhere! YES, many different types of dogs running around while you enjoy your cup of tea. You can just enter and play with the dogs without ordering anything, but we did anyway -_-

The dogs were SOOOO CUTE and some were really huge! HUGE. Taller than me if they're on 2 feet. They have access to every single corner of the cafe and so they literally climb onto your chair and sit with you, and some even jump up to the table. They're trained, so don't worry haha. They know how to sit and shake hands when you ask them to. :D :D

You can also buy dog food to feed them. We bought some and some of the dogs kept coming to us for food haha. There was this FAT dog, who kept barking at us for food ): CHILLAX LAH XD

After the dog cafe, we decided to go for Noraebang (Korean for Karaoke). We went to this place called "Luxury". The staff there were soooooo friendly and funny haha. They'd go "Annyeongha SE SE SE SE SE YOOOO!" and they're all so hyper X). One of them asked where we're from and when we said Malaysia, he went "OHHHH! MALAYSIA!!" More on this particular staff later TEEHEE.

It's so thick and there are a gazillion songs, even the super recent ones O_O I love korea.

We had a hard time figuring out how to select and queue songs at first so we called the same staff (The one I mentioned earlier) to explain it to us. He gave us the world's most random explanation because his English wasn't that good, so he had to give us a real-life situation to explain the use of the buttons on the remote. Here's how he explained the "Queue" button:

"There's a hotel. There's Room 1, 2, 3. I have an appointment at 4.00pm. But i reach at 3.00pm. So i have to wait. Wait at Room 3."

*speechless* ROFLLLL. But he was soooo cute, I fell in love with him :x Didn't help that he was our 'official' assistant if we needed anything.

There's a countdown at the top right corner of the screen to tell you how much time you have left. They're really kind and keep giving you extra time. When we had only 5 mins left, they added another 20 minutes. Then later when we had only 9 mins left, they added another 10 minutes :D

They also give you points for your singing after every song. But you can't really trust their judgement lol. We got like 99 or 100 for songs we sucked at, and like 57 points for the songs that we actually did pretty well. -_-

After our session ended, we wanted to have Samgyupsal for dinner so we asked the cute staff guy (*DIES*) for a good place to eat. He suggested 구이가 (Gu-yi-ga) and said that the Samgyupsal there was "대박 맛있어" (Something like "Super delicious)... OMG HE'S SO CUTEEEEE (and good-looking). Back to the Samgyupsal. It's so cheap omg only 3,900 won O_O

We went back to that Karaoke place after dinner to ask the cute staff guy for directions back to the subway station and he was so nice because he wanted to follow us there to show us the way, but his friend who was supposed to come together was taking too long so he was like "ahhh ok i'll just show you guys the way myself" SO HELPFULLLLLLLL T____T I want to see him again *lovesick*

On the way back, we decided to stop by at Gwanghwamun where the Cheonggyecheon Stream is located because that's where they filmed Kyuhyun and Seohyun's scenes in the SEOUL MV. ^___^

We also saw the place where Jessica, Sunny and Shindong filmed their scenes but didn't take a picture because it was freezing cold at that time.

korea day 3 ; 13 january 2011

Took the subway by ourselves for the first time (: The last time I used the subway in Korea was with our friend, Ki, 3 years ago. So yeh, i don't remember a single thing about it haha.

Oh btw, guess what we spotted after exiting at one of the stations:

HI PARK JUNGSOO! Blood donators hahahhaa~ f(x), SNSD and Super Junior are promoting blood donation. I spotted a few posters of Jessica, Krystal and f(x) for the same thing all around Seoul too.

Stopped at Sindang (신당) to buy tickets for Kyuhyun's (SJ member) musical on the 19th - The Three Musketeers at Chungmoo Art Hall. Outside the hall, there's a Three Musketeers banner and a huge-ass poster (and also banners for other musicals)

Christine went straight to the point when the lady was issuing the tickets. "Is Kyuhyun acting on that day?" LOLLL. And the lady smiled and replied "Yeahh, you like him?" X) There must've been tons of other fangirls that went for the musical only to see him too haha.

After that, we headed to the Jamsil area, where Elaine and I spent most of our time at during the last trip (2009). We went to COEX mall and decided to watch a movie. Here's the cool part. We first bought tickets for this Korean movie, "The Last Godfather" but around half an hour before the movie, we wanted to exchange our tickets for Megamind instead. They actually allowed it O_O They even have a special counter just for exchanging tickets. Pretty awesome, huh. If Malaysia were to have it, you'd see ten thousand people who are just trying to be funny and abuse the service.

Megamind was in 3D and there was also korean subs woop! The last 3D movie I saw was Alice in Wonderland in Malacca. OMG It was so blur that i swore i'd never watch another movie in 3D ever. But the one in Korea was SOOOOOOO EFFIN CLEAR O_O Nearly the whole movie was literally in 3D, unlike in Malaysia. They even had little 3D glasses which were red in colour for little kids.

You know in Malaysia, we just leave our popcorn and drinks at our seats? We did the same thing here, but when we were walking out, we realised that they have a few bins for you to pour your water away, and throw your cups and packages O_O So civilised!

After the movie, we went to Lotte Department Store (i think) which was really near COEX. Guess what we saw.

Kara had a fansign event and we missed it by a few minutes. Technically, I wudnt say we missed it, because when we reached, it was 4.15pm and the poster said it ends at 4.30pm =_= KARA Y U SO OVERPUNCTUAL!

We also went to Lotte Mart and bought lots of snacks and instant food to be brought back home. You have to bring your own grocery bag, or pack all your stuff into boxes that are provided there. Or else, just pay 100won i think, and get a plastic bag lol. We packed one box of our stuff, and had to carry it ALLLLLL THE WAYYYYY back to our hotel. (Around 13+ subway stations away). Elaine and Christine did most of the carrying though teehee

K-pop stuff :
At night we went to Myeongdong to have more Odeng (refer to previous post) and also visit SPAO again haha. Bought MORE stuff and this time, I noticed that they were selling the SNSD Hoot T-shirts. It's kinda weird and ugly but oh well.

Oh and and, on the way back, we passed by Crown Bakery, which is the bakery f(x) is modelling for/endorsing/wtv u call it. I took a picture of the door which had a poster of Krystal and Luna but accidentally deleted it -_____- *double fail*

Somewhere along the journey we saw this

I saw a little Soshi Daum poster and a few more other posters of them modelling for cellphones. However, SNSD isn't as famous as I thought they'd be over here, in my honest opinion. I think actors are more famous cos you see them modelling for stuff everywhere x_x

PS: You must know that cafes are in abundance in Korea. There are so many different types of cafes and they're almost everywhere. Today we visited Caffe Bene. I promised myself that I have to go to at least 3 cafes this trip. ^^

OKAY Day 3 DONE! Day 4 includes visiting Babtol's, a dog cafe, Noraebang (노래방) which is korean for Karaoke etc etc :D :D :D

Today's temperature = -7'C. I thought my fingers were gonna fall off because I didn't bring my gloves out -_-

4-storey Coffee Bean

Spent the whole day in Myeongdong :D We did tons of shopping which means that we have less money now *heartache*. Myeongdong is saturated with cosmetic shops - Etude House, Face Shop, Baviphat, Skin Food, Nature Republic, and the list goes on. And there's 3287283712 branches in the same area. Everywhere you go, there's bound to be a cosmetic shop lol.

The best part about the cosmetic shops in Korea is that they have sales assistants standing outside, promoting their shop using mics and asking everyone to enter their shop. They also give out free masks and cotton pads if you decide to enter XD So yup, we had tons of masks and boxes of cotton pads by the end of the day.

After you purchase something, they also give you tons of freebies like sample packs (or more masks). We only bought 1 to 3 items per shop and look at all the free stuff we ended up with at the end of the day! (Malaysia is so kiam siap -_-)

One of the posters is FT Island, and the other one is Junsoo.

Our favourite snack/street food now is 오뎅 (Odeng), which is fish-cake, made from fish and wheat flour. It's so yummy, especially when you're freezing cold because they're really hot :D

Then...............................i look to my left and it was just right in front of my eyes O_O SPAO! OMFG SPAO SPAO SPAO! Dear mommy and daddy (if you're reading this), remember how you guys said that you could only dream of seeing the London Bridge and during our London trip, it was RIGHT in front of your eyes? Your London Bridge equals to my Spao LOLLLLL!

Super Junior and SNSD are the models for SPAO so their pictures are everywhere. The 3rd floor was the Men's floor, and i have never been so excited to go to a Men's Section - because Super Junior were the models teehee.

It was freaking huge okay. 3 floors, and the 4th floor was Everysing (by SM Entertainment). Everysing is..... HEAVEN. It is sort of like a showroom / shop for SM artists. The official merchandises that they're selling are really expensive. I bought a Tiffany folder for Jenn and a Yuri folder for WanXin woohoo.

We were the only customers there and we were just looking around quietly. Suddenly a few korean fangirls came up and started squeeling and going crazy over EVERYTHING X) It was their first time there haha. "OHH!! TAEMIN!" "OH SHINEE!!!" I didn't get it tho. They're Koreans. They could've went to Everysing anytime they want LOL.

At Everysing, they also had SM-style purikura machines (Star Shot). You can choose any frame with any SM artist that you want. Christine and I were so lost, and i hate how purikura machines have time limits for everything, so we didn't really know what was going on. This made the frames look really fake cos we were standing at wrong distances from the camera which made our heads different sizes and all ):

But it was super cool okay :D I want to go to SPAO & Everysing's Apgujeong branch soon!

Oh, on my facebook i posted that you can see Korean celebrities modelling for nearly everything in Korea right? (especially cosmetics). Here's JYJ and Rain for Nature Republic and Yoona for Innisfree (: (To Mommy: Yoona is the Saebyuk girl)

Tomorrow, we're gonna try to get tickets for Kyuhyun's musical. There're still tickets left so i really hope we can get in! ^__^

korea day 1 ; 11 January 2011

Arrived at night and used the airport limousine bus to get to the hotel. This way was so much more convenient and cheaper than using taxis/limos! Once we put our luggages in hotel room, it was off to Myeongdong :D Myeongdong's a huge shopping district that's located just beside our hotel. (mehehehehhhe)

All the shops were closed except for some food shops and those 24-hour convenient stores. Supper was at GS25 - instant food! Instant food in Korea puts Malaysia's instant food to shame, seriously... The cashier guy was cute too! We wanted to buy the T-money card from him and he was like explaining it to us about it in korean lol. We were squeezing every last drop of our korean knowledge to communicate with him. Conclusion, my korean is usable okay okay!

Anyway, back to our hotel room. The hotel provides free cellphones in each room for its guests. Of course you have to pay for the call and sms charges but there's no rent fee yay!

Okay so Day 1 is a bit boring, but i promise you, Day 2 is filled with adventures! (Not quite, but yeah, it's more exciting) I'll post about it tomorrow! Teaser:

First post in 2011!

Wanlin and I decided to surprise Sherwon at MITC today before she went for National Service. She's so reluctant to go, that she only filled in all her registration forms there -_-; I hate goodbyes, seriously. The next time we're gonna see each other again is prolly in about a month? Gah so much tears. Even some parents got teary. I miss all of them so much already! Darshna, Maypin, Melissa. It feels so weird not seeing them online on facebook or msn. No more late night mass chats too.

Sherwon : There, we have to wake up at 5am every morning. Wtf, I SLEEP at 5am!

After sending her off, the both of us went back to school! Haha. It was the first day of school and seeing all the new Form 1 students in school uniforms, learning the school song, made me realise how thankful I am to have completed highschool already lol. Went to ChaoWee's class to surprise her too. We're on a roll with this surprise thing. I bet she was verrrryyyyyyyyyyy happy to see us, no? ^_______^

Then we bought Uncle Botak's nasi lemak for lunch! Hehehehehehehe. The kangkung was bitter ew. Totally ruined the whole hype about eating it again.

Today was bittersweet. Oh, and Christine's leaving for Australia really soon. WHYY! I wonder what it will be like when we actually part ways for college later. Don't even wanna think about it :/

Tomorrow, it will be year 2011. I'm not going make any new year's resolutions because it's like making empty promises to myself. Let's reflect! The 2 biggest things that happened to me this year will have to be sitting for SPM and removing them braces! I remember telling myself, "SPM. Looooooong way to go, no worries" and now, I've already sat for it (: And my braces! I had them on for 2 and a half years, so not having them anymore is a big deal, to me at least.

I feel like I've grown up in the short span of a year.... When I was young, a year felt like a gazillion years but now, 365 days feels like a week. This year went by super fast. Was it a good year? I wouldn't say it was "TERRIFIC, BEYOND AWESOME". I'm just happy that I won't have to deal with crappy people that nearly made my high school life hell anymore (: You know who you are.

So........... I don't have a particular reason to blog. But Happy Christmas Eve everyone! I don't celebrate Christmas but i just love this time of the year. The decorations are so pretty and omg the songs, THE SONGS! I love walking in malls these days because they blast Christmas songs all day long. I'm kinda thankful that I don't celebrate Christmas though. I don't have to go Christmas shopping and fuss over what gifts to get X) Then again, presents are sooooooo fun! T-T

Speaking of Christmas, happy happy birthday to my eldest sister! Her birthday is on Christmas Eve (: 26 and counting. "언니이이이이이이잉!" (I'll give you your birthday call later lol)

the 1st wonder

Wonder Girls were up in Genting for their first concert in Malaysia (: Knowing me, of course I wanted to see them, so Elaine and I went for it teehee.

VIP tickets woohoo :D Daddy got them for free haha. The best part bout this was that we got a limo to send us to the arena from the hotel. We were dropped at a special entrance & there was this dude who held the umbrella for us too cos it was drizzling lol. Made me feel special teehee.

Genting is so small, everywhere is connected and so near to each other. The night before the concert, mommy, Elaine and I were returning to our hotel after shopping and then Elaine, being the Genting pro, said that maybe we could go to the arena to listen to their rehearsal cos MAYBE they'll be there. I've never 'stalked' artists in my whole life so UH HUH IT WAS KINDA FUN (:

We went to the gate and saw a few crazy fans. It's so weird that we were even there, waiting for the Wonder Girls, when we aren't even considered as 'fans' haha. The funniest part is, we even knew more about the girls' whereabouts compared to the 'real fans'. Elaine knows lotsa staff in Genting, so yup yup.

After listening to them rehearse a bit, we went back to their hotel and decided to wait for them to return. We had nothing to do anyway so why not ^^;. They came back around 12am. It was soooooooo cool seeing them upclose~ *starstruck*. Sohee's legs were like twigs, Hyerim looked so cute and she even waved at the fans. Yubin stopped at the entrance to sign autographs (: The member that gave me the worse impression was Ye Eun. Wtf in front of cameras, she's all HEY GUYS I LOVE YOUUU HI HI *SMILES* but she didn't even look up or smile. I actually thought she was the nicest -_-.

They literally showered him with gifts X) He got 2 polaroids with them, a gift bag and a HUGE bear.

Overall it was a fun concert (: One of the best concerts I've been to but i thought it was kinda short - only 1 and a half hours. Maybe it's just me being too used to SM concerts, not JYP ones hahaha. Their personality actually seemed REAL (besides Ye Eun) and they interacted with the crowd a lot. Yubin and Hyerim are my favourite members now ^^ cos they're super nice!

Elaine's friend saved a poster for her. We actually preferred the poster with the other picture :\ (the 2 Different Tears one)... then on the way back, we saw die-hard fans trying to steal the posters from the display frames, something like this:

but they failed LOL. So, again, Elaine being the Genting pro knew how to open the frame and we ended up stealing the poster rofl XD XD XD

And to think that we did those stuff: 'stalking', stealing posters when we're not even real fans tsk tsk.

I even got an "All Access" pass from Elaine's friend who was working during the concert. But I only got it after it ended, so it was no point, actually haha. Souvenir ok ok.

I need to rant. SuperJunior-related so if you don't wish to continue reading, don't ): . Crying like a sad fangirl. I don't know what to do right now. I admit, I'm still super butthurt over the fact that Super Junior didn't win daesang this year. To see your juniors go up there and accept that award, it sucks. Of course, the boys feel proud of SNSD but it just wasn't supposed to be their turn YET.

It was Jungsoo's only wish before he eneters the army next year. He really wanted this award. It would've been such a good memory to keep. 2 daesangs in a row. But i'm so sorry. ELF is sorry. We couldn't keep our promise and give you this award. Sorry that your album sales lost to SNSD's by 2000. The fact that they lost by A BIT makes my heart ache even more.

I can say sorry for a million times if I had to. I know all the members are upset ): Correction. All of us are. I doubt we'd get a chance like that anymore. I really thought that they were gonna win but ugh. Whatever.

SPM finally ended yesterday WOOOOOHOOOOOOHOOOOOOOOOOOLALALALLTINGITNIGNLAHWIYREIEIOEUROSDSIO. I still have one more subject to go next week but at least all the difficult subjects are done with!

So yesterday I decided to clear all my test papers/notes from last year till this year. This was what I had.

It's even higher than a freaking stool wtf. Oh and it weighs like 348320984209 kg. Can't wait to go recycle them teehee. After my final paper, I'll get started on clearing them books! :D

Being a fan of Super Junior for close to 5 years now, I’ve seen them come a long way since their debut, seen them mature and turn into something legendary.
Without them, I wouldn’t have met friends from all over the world. I wouldn’t have learnt a new language. I wouldn’t have been inspired to do the things that I love because the passion and determination these guys put into their work is beyond anyone’s imagination.

It has been a challenging journey for all 13 of you and you have proven to us countless times that you are definitely worth our support. Deep down, there’s still a part of me that wishes that Hangeng will come back and that Kibum will reappear from I don’t even know where he is right now. Some people say that they’ll never be 13 again but we ELF, we believe that miracles do happen. I don’t even care if I have to wait till year 2018 for all of you to complete your military duty and stand on stage as 13 members someday.

Each and every one of them deserves great things in life. They show so much love and pride, not only towards each other, but towards their fans as well, and I'm thankful for that, because I’m in it for the long run. Once an ELF, always an ELF ♥.

Yeap that's the name of JYJ's first english album. In case you didn't know, JYJ is 3 out of 5 members of TVXQ who decided to file a lawsuit against SM and form another group by themselves. Thus, the album name, "The Beginning". Kinda sucks, right? To start all over again from 'the beginning' as a 3-member group instead of 5.

They had their showcase in Malaysia on Sunday which turned out to be not as awesome as I thought it would be :\ The 3 of them looked tired and it almost seemed as if they didn't want to be here at all. Oh welllllssssss, at least I got to see them for the last time until god knows when they're coming back here (:

The showcase was supposed to start at 2. Elaine and I reached at 2. LOL. And you know how Malaysia works. When they say 2pm, they actually mean 3pm or later. It was FRIGGIN hot when we arrived. I salute those who were started lining up since early morning D:

Then, it rained -.- How convenient, aye.

The show eventually started with .................... a song. LOL. Up till now, I'm still not sure which song is which >.>

Then it was the Q&A session. (Which ended pretty darn quickly -.-)
Serena C was the MC, and they had a translator, who obviously didn't need to be there because all she did was stand beside the boys and let Yoochun do most of the translating.

They were told about how Malaysians add a 'lah' at the end of every sentence X)
Jaejoong said "I love you, lah Malaysia" and "So beautiful, Malaysia!"
Junsoo agreed that Malaysian girls are the hottest. (uh yeah.)
Yoochun kept smiling and was the friendliest prolly because there was no language barrier unlike the other 2 who looked REALLY lost LOL.

At the end of the day, it was really nice to listen to their voices again live and breathe the same air (: I wish the 5 of them came together though.

So we went bowling at Cosmic Bowl yesterday night (: The bowling alley only turns off the lights after 8pm and everything's 'glow-in-the-dark' style *hoho fascinating*
I seriously think i have night-blindness or i have something against the dark. :x

And as usual, the thing i love most about bowling. PLAYER NAMES!

In about 2 hours time, we'll be heading for the JYJ Showcase :D
I don't know half the songs in their new album, honestly and i'm afraid that I'll get bored there.
But stilllllll, i'm excited to see Junsu :D so YAY for that!

1. Look what arrived!

Yes, apparently it was supposed to be for me. For college and stuff. But i never fancied Macbooks to begin with :\ I LOOOOOOVE the Photo Booth and the video editor but everything else is so complicated! I tried using it and I'm still on Team Windows teehee.

So, this MacBook is going to my sister -.- ..........WHO DOESN'T DESERVE IT AT ALL, but oh well.

2. A bit a bit, long time become hill.
ROFLLLLLL DIRECT TRANSLATION IS SO LAME.

Daddy has been putting any small change/ extra coins he had into containers since i don't even remember when. One day he decided to pour them allll on the table and start couting how much he had collected. No kidding, both my parents sat at the dining table couting coins for hours. The total? One thousand something. You did well, Daddy!

3. Sarah Banana!

Sarah gave me my birthday present last month. And if you know Sarah, you'll know that all her presents are always over the top and AMAZIIING. You can't imagine how many times the words "OMG" and "SHIT" came out from my mouth while opening them. THANK YOU SARAH!!! I love EVERYTHING! (Ohyeh it came with more things that aren't in the picture)

She gave me a HUGE stack of photos and looked for Taemin and Eeteuk's pictures from all the fanforums! AND THE BADGES! *dies* I hate you for being so artistic :(

4. Woof.

What a brat, but he's so fluffy and cute, how can anyone hate him T-T He actually stayed there for me to take pictures :D

My dad, both my sisters and Amanda's mom are on the way to London to send her off. Amanda's going to be studying in Cambridge. So they're going to spend 11 days there and where am I?

It was MunHui's big day on the 29th and Darshna planned this whole surprise thing for her :D
It was the perfect day for a surprise - the 29th was also Hari Koku a.k.a PONTENG DAY! so 3/4 of us skipped school to make it look like no one cared about her birthday (& to study for the test!) and surprised her after.

Uh huh, she thought she was just gonna hang out with Darsh and Hanjing baha.

I love birthdays X)

Oh, and there was a package for me me me me me when i got home. The albums from sj-world finally arrived! I only cared about the huge-ass posters though lol. Pictures coming up soon ^^

All of us went for karaoke on Wednesday night (: Of course, it's double the fun when you have cousins on crack with you hohohoho.

However, before going GAGA, i had to finish my add maths tuition notes. SAD RIGHT? X) I was going to finish it earlier but i was so sleepy that my eyes were gonna shut any second after the goddamn stupid koku activities.

I swear both of them are like long-lost sisters XD

We ordered "Fresh Fruits" and this is what we got. They might as well change its name to "Fresh Longans". But who can resist longans lol. We ended up finishing all 4 bowls.
